No security deposit is required on our units. No upfront fees.
Application fee per additional individuals over 18 is $35 payable when you sign your lease.

Thank you for your interest in our available units. Please fill in the information below to begin the application process. Any individual over the age of 18 will need to complete this application. After filling out the information requested below please text a picture of your Driver's License as well as proof of income to 850.774.3488 in order to complete the application process. YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK WILL NOT BE SENT IN UNTIL PROOF OF INCOME HAS BEEN APPROVED WHICH WILL DELAY YOUR APPLICATION. If there is a specific property you are applying for please also mention that in your text. We hope to get you into them as soon as possible and need all information requested in order to do so.
