Avoid Scams When Looking For Rentals

You can count on us to help you find the best rental available for your needs and refer you to the appropriate landlord for the property that you've chosen. Please provide us with the names and dates of birth for all interested parties 18 years of age or older, exactly as they appear on their ID. We don't need your social security or driver's license number. 

The first step in our process will be running a background check. If that clears, we'll ask for work and reference related information, and then we'll set up a time to meet in person to sign the lease and provide you a copy. You'll also be given keys, a receipt for your records, and other pertinent information.

Answers To Your Questions About Our Rentals

Are animals allowed in these units?
No, no animals are allowed, period.

What if I get paid in cash?
Income must be documented, which means you will need to provide government letters, check stubs, or copies of cashed checks.

What are you looking for in a background check?
We're checking to see for any evictions on your record or recent drug or violence charges.

Can I pay biweekly?
Certainly, just double the weekly cost for each unit to determine the biweekly cost.

How much do I need to make to rent?
We require our tenants to make a documented net income (after taxes and expenses) of at least twice what the rental rate is.

What is included in the rental cost?
Some units have all utilities, save for cable, included in the rental. Other units do not have utilities included. Most multi family units will include garbage and lawn care.

Is there a deposit?
No deposit is required.

Can I see the inside of the unit?
We currently have no coverings in the windows of our units, so please feel free to stop by and take a look at the property and the interiors. Our units are functioning starter units, nothing glamorous. Your roof will not leak, floors are not falling in, and plumbing utilities function without drips or leaks.

Electrical items in the unit function and the stove, water heater, and refrigerator function properly. If you find something our team missed, simply send a text. We have a 24-hour turnaround on maintenance requests.

What is the monthly rental rate?
To determine your monthly rate, multiply the weekly rate by 52 weeks and then divide by 12.
